Aleksander Wolszcan, at Pennsylvania State University believes he found three planets orbiting a pulsar.  He believes that planets cause changes in the 160-second outbursts of radio signals coming from the pulsar.  NASA planned to add a high resolution spectrograph and camera to the Hubble Space Telescope in 1997 to see if there are planets around two stars, Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani, which are less than fifteen light years from earth.  The Nicola Tesla air compressor and water pump is based on Intelligent Design theory of a Spiral Galaxy.
